Astro Insulated is 1 lb, 8 oz. Astro Air (regular air filled) is 1 lb, 4 oz. The Pillowtop, which fits both models, is 1 lb, 9 oz.
Astro is about 5" less wide than Cosmo, so if you need room to stretch out, I would move to Cosmo (also has the integrated pump). Cosmo will have an insulated version as well (which has not been formally announced, until now of course).
